James Archer Statement
Posted: 19th November 2007 - 11:55

The Peterborough Phantoms are sad to announce that they have agreed to release James Archer from his contract with the club. Many fans will have seen James mature from a raw teenager to the GB Under 20 International that he has become.

James is leaving the club for personal and family reasons and it is anticipated that he will continue his Hockey career, in the short term, at home in his native Sheffield.

James will ice for the last time in Phantoms colours in this Sundays League match against Telford (Face-off 5.30).

The Phantoms management have already commenced their search for a replacement for a player who will missed by the team and we wish James all the best for the future and our thoughts are with his family.
